Do yourself and your family a favor and PLEASE read the information provided by                         The Golden Retriever Club of America   Adopting a Golden Retriever puppy is a lifelong commitment and not to be taken lightly, an impulse decision. A GRRSN volunteer will be happy to discuss with you the pros and cons of adopting a puppy, siblings or any golden for that matter.  We are an all-volunteer organization, we work full time, go on vacation, or sometimes a family matter may take precedence. But rest assured we will contact you with any questions you might have.

Welcome  We are a volunteer based, non-profit organization dedicated to providing new beginnings for displaced Golden Retrievers in Las Vegas and the surrounding area. Goldens come into GRRSN for a variety of reasons.  Our goal is to place rescued Golden Retrievers in adoptive homes where they will receive the love and care they so deserve.

Surrendering a Golden to GRRSN There are instances when it is no longer possible for a Golden to continue to stay in  their current home. GRRSN will take in an owner surrendered Golden depending on the  immediate need of the Golden and the availability of Foster Homes.  We request you provide us with all records including medical records and vaccination history.

The Golden Retrievers you see on this website have come to us in need. Some may have come as strays, some from a shelter, and some have been surrendered by their owners who were no longer  able to keep them. They all have a story and they all want nothing more than to find a home where they will be safe, loved, and well-cared for.  Can you provide that special home?  FOSTER HOMES NEEDED If you can take in a golden retriever for a few days or longer  Please call 598-GOLD(4653) We are getting calls everyday from people wanting to surrender their dog; they are moving, working too many hours, financial hardship, the list goes on. Some of these dogs are being forced to stay outdoors. We are desperate to get them out of the heat. Dogs that are in danger are being put into boarding, others have to wait because we don’t have fosters homes.
